Payments for manual entries can be made via direct bank deposit. If paying by Direct Bank Deposit, please attach a copy of the deposit receipt with your entry forms.

Refund policy:
Entry fees will only be refunded if a rider informs Race Pace Promotions Pty Ltd, in writing via email (info@eastcoastmx.com.au), phone call, voice message or SMS, 10 days before the event. A medical certificate is required if a rider withdraws less than 10 days before the event. Refunds approved will be issued minus an administration fee of $15.
Competitors requesting a refund that have registered a series entry will lose the $25 discount plus the $15 administration fee if they withdraw an entry from a round of the series.
No transfers or refunds will be given from Monday 5 days prior to the event.
Refunds requested after the event WILL NOT be considered or transferred to another round.
